Organization Description

The Millsboro Art League was formed in 1998 and became a non-profit organization in 1998. It is an organization dedicated to the supoort and promotion of Visual Arts in Millsboro and surrounding communities. Regular exhibits are held in its gallery and the Millsboro Public Library. Organization Mission Statement

The mission of the Millsboro Art League is to stimulate interest, increase knowledge, support and participation in artistic and cultural activities. To this end, regular opportunities are provided to exhibit artwork in our gallery for members and local community organizations and schools.

Current Programs and Activities

The current programs and activities of the Millsboro Art League continue to remain consistent with its mission statement. That is, "To stimulate interes, increase knowledge, support and participation in artistic and cultural activities." This has been successfully achieved through Art Classes, Workshops, Exhibits, Lectures, Membership Meetings, Receptions and Juried Art Shows.
